"Newly Remodeled"

Great location steps to River Street's 68 shops and restaurants and the City Center. Also, one block away is a nice little grassy park for essentials. Except for 3 rooms, all rooms were non-smoking and pet's can stay in any room. Rooms at $119 when Lana visited in March 2008 were even less than the Quality Inn and were almost half of the Doubletree and Hilton across the street, which don't accept pets. All rooms had just had a complete remodel and and were very nice. The exterior was still under contruction but looked like it would be finished by April 2008. Prices may increase when the remodel is complete. Very pet friendly and an excellent value.
