"Good Value in the Historic District"

Great location next to an entry to River Street's 68 shops and restaurants and next to a nice little grassy park for doggie essentials. Easy walking distance to the city center. The rooms were spacious and two bottles of water were free in the room for the thirsty guest. The front rooms were close to Bay Street which is a busy road with many trucks. For those who are noise sensitive, ask for a room in the back. To be fair, the Quality Inn's room's were further away from the road than the Hilton and Doubletree across the street and much less expensive. The hotel is newly pet friendly and all non-smoking. The room Lana visited had the faintest smell of smoke. Not enough to be bothersome for her. At $139 (March 2008) with no pet fee this was a good value inside the Historic District.
